ただのちょっとルーズな田舎の画材店のイメージだったのだが、
犯罪っぽくなってきた。
Myspaceの記事は検索にひっかからないけど、こちらはひっかかるので、
以下、ふたたびMyspaceのブログから転載。
As I wrote, I STILL have a huge problem with Rembrandt Graphic Art in US.
They don’t send me what I ordered 12 months before,and they don’t do a refund,
they just keep in their pocket my 524USD.
Finally they told me they would pay me back.
but they didn’t do a refund beyond the due date.
I continue to email them.

I have ordered some papers, they charged 524USD on the next day on my amex card.
It was in March 2007. It’s been one year,
But the papers never reached me.
If the papers were out of stock, it’s OK, they could just e-mail me so and pay back to me.
BUT they didn’t.
After one year, finally they told me that comply the refund. Of course I agreed with that.
and then the due date has already past, BUT they didn’t pay me,
